We provide mental wellbeing support, through a person centered, holistic approach. Our health professional are qualified, experienced and registered and come with lived experience. Our service are available online via video conference or telephone and face to face in several locations, at the time of your choice. Our service user can be located anywhere in UK and be 7+ years of age.

You complete an online referral form as a self-referrer or for your service user. Our triage team will contact a person referred to us, followed by an experienced health professional. This process will take no longer then 3 days. They will agree date and time for initial assessment and a care plan for your support. You are in full control of your support (frequency, type of intervention, time).

Tapestry will maintain notes of your sessions and assessment. With your permission they can be shared with your referrer and you can request a copy for your own records. We are registered with information commission office and follow GDPR protocols and maintain confidentiality. Please also refer to our privacy policy.

Tapestry is committed to EDI and work under EDI policy. A copy is available on this website under policy and procedure section. We employ staff and engage volunteers from all backgrounds, nationality, gender, religion, disability, colour and sexual orientation. Our policies and procedure undergo equality assessments, removing potential barriers to our services.

Tapestry will maintain EDI records and data. This will be published as part of our impact assessment report.

Safety and Safeguarding policies and procedure underpin our service delivery. Tapestry will follow policy and procedure to deal with any disclosures that fall under safeguarding.

Our services, online and in person, adhere to strict safety and safeguarding protocols to protect staff and service users. Our external IT consultants ensure all our systems are protected to health sector standard.

Simple answer is YES. We follow a safe recruitment process to engage health professionals - vetting their qualifications, experiences, enhanced DBS checks and references. They receive a full induction that includes policies and procedures and work related training, supervisions including clinical supervisions and appraisals.

Feedback on service is requested at the end of each session which is also reviewed and necessary action is taken.

Complaint can be made verbally or in writing. A senior manager investigates the complaint and reports outcome to relevant people. We consider every complaint, an opportunity to learn a lesson and improve ourselves. A complaints process can be found on this website under policies and procedures.

Private service users - invoice is raised electronically after each session and payment can be made via our website.

Funded service users - you will receive a financial code from our triage team and the cost will be allocated to the funder/ commission. You do not have take any action.
